24 Rhodes dinner rolls, thawed and halved
1 small box cook and serve butterscotch pudding
˝ c. chopped pecans (optional)
˝ c. brown sugar
˝ c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw rolls til soft. Spray bundt pan with non stick spray. Cut rolls in half and dip in dry pudding mix. Arrange rolls in pan and sprinkle with pecans. Sprinkle remaining pudding mix over top. Combine brown sugar and butter – heat together until butter is melted and syrup is formed. Pour over rolls. Cover with plastic (sprayed with non stick spray). Let rise til double or even with the top of pan. Remove wrap. Bake 350 for 35 to 40 min. Invert immediately. Serve!

*Note – can be made the night before…simply let rise in the morning.)
