1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
dash salt
1 c. chocolate chips
1 T. butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9 x 13 pan. Cream together butter and brown sugar. Add egg. oatmeal, flour, soda and salt. Press 2/3 of mixture into bottom of greased pan. Melt together chocolate chips and butter. Once melted, stir in sweetened condensed milk. Blend well. Pour over oat mixture in pan. Top with the remaining oat mixture. Bake at 350, 25 to 30 minutes, just until set.
