4 eggs
cup of castor sugar
Vanilla
1 cup Cornflour
2 heaped tsps Baking Powder
1 heaped Dessert Spoon Self Raising Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add castor sugar and vanilla and beat for 10 minutes at high speed. Gently mix in Cornflour, Baking Powder and SR Flour.
Pour into 2 deep 8 Sponge Tins. Bake at 370F or 190C for about 20 minutes - you know your stove
