Biscuit Mixture
2 tbsp butter
cup Sugar
Vanilla
1 Egg
2 tbsp Milk
1 cup SR Flour

Filling
2 ounces Butter
2 tbsp Condensed Milk
2 tbsp Icing Sugar
Juice of one Lemon

Topping
tsp Cocoa to mixture
Milk
6 ounce of Icing Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Biscuit Mixture
Cream butter and sugar together, beat in egg and milk (just until mixed in). Add flour, roll out, cut into rounds and put into patty tins. Cook in 180 degree oven until light brown (10-15 mins) cool.

Filling
Cream butter, add icing sugar and beat until fluffy. Add condensed milk and juice, beat until smooth. Spoon into cases.

Topping
Mix well with a little milk and then spread on top of filling choc, white
