One head chopped iceberg lettuce
1/4 cup chopped onion
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 pound bacon, fried crispy and crumbled
Frozen peas, 2 cups or more
Mayonnaise - 2 cups
Mild cheddar cheese - 2 cups grated

Directions:
Directions:
In a large glass bowl, start with a base layer of lettuce. Sprinkle onion for the next layer. Layer sliced hard boiled eggs. Sprinkle bacon, then layer frozen green peas. Spread mayonnaise over peas, and sprinkle grated cheese to form a 1/2 inch top layer. Chill and serve. Each portion should include every layer.
