6 thick pork chops 1 sliced green pepper 1 sliced onion 1 large sliced tomato 1 can consomme 1 cup raw rice Salt & pepper
Place rice in a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish. Place pork chops on top. Arrange vegetable slices over the chops, and season with salt and pepper. Add consomme. Bake at 375º for 1 hour, covered. Uncover for the last 10 minutes.
