2 1/2 Tbsp. tapioca 3/4 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 4 c. sliced peaches Crumb Topping: 1/3 c. packed brown sugar 1/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 2 1/2 Tbsp. soft butter
Mix together the tapioca, sugar, salt and peaches; let stand 5 minutes. Mix together ingredients for crumb topping and put on top of fruit. Bake in a nine-inch pie shell. Heat oven to 425ºF for 45 to 50 minutes
