For Batter:
1 pkg. strawberry cake mix
1 c. water
1/3 c. vegetable oil
3 whole eggs, beaten


For Icing:
1 stick butter
1 box 10x powdered sugar
1/2 cup strawberries, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
For Batter: Make cake batter with amounts of water, oil and eggs according to package directions. Beat about two minutes. Add one-half cup chopped strawberries and mix well. Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans. Pour batter into cake pans and bake in preheated 350 oven for 30 minutes (or time and temperature listed on cake box.) Allow to cool.

For Icing: Make icing by creaming butter and sugar. Add strawberries.

Place one layer of cake on a plate, spread icing on top. Place second layer of cake on top of first and spread icing all around edges and on top. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
