1 large fryer, cut up
8 oz. jar apricot preserves
8 oz. Russian dressing
1 envelope dried onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange the chicken in a 9x13 baking dish or pan. In a small saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients. Stir ingredients over low heat until the preserves have melted and the soup can be blended in. Pour this over the chicken and bake at 350 for 1 hour, or until chicken is done.
