Supper at Mack Cook's on Friday night before the Cook-Harmon Reunion.------

First, send Homer Cook to the store for 2 gallons of buttermilk.

Recipe: 3 cups Buttermilk
2 eggs
2 TSR. baking powder
3/4 TSR. soda


Directions:
Directions:
Add enough corn meal (self-rising) to thicken (approximately 3 cups). Pour into well greased skillet or pan. Bake at 500 for 30 minutes. Serve with Buttermilk.
