8 ounces penne pasta,
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese,
1 1/2 cups tomato sauce,
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil, add the penne and cook until the pasta is barely al dente. It can still have a bit of resistance to the bite. Drain.
Meanwhile, combine the tomato sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan in a bowl. Stir thoroughly.
Toss the cooked pasta with tomato and cheeses. Transfer to the prepared baking dish and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the top of the pasta is lightly browned.
