8 eggs, beaten, 2 cups half and half, 8 oz crab meat, 1 c soft bread crumbs, 1 c shredded Swiss, 1 c shredded cheddar (8 oz total), 1/2 c chopped green onions, 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.

Bake uncovered, 30-35 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
