2 lb beef cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can French onion soup
1/2 cup red wine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients in 9x13 baking dish (do not brown meat). Bake uncovered at 300 for 3 hours. Serve over rice. In last 30 minutes, you may add 1 pint fresh sliced mushrooms.
