1 small onion, diced 2 Tbsp margarine 2 cans chicken noodle soup 1 15 oz can cream corn 1 small can evaporated milk 1 small can white meat chicken, drained and shredded 1 soup can water Pepper to taste
Saute onion in margarine in medium pot. Open cans and "dump with flair" the remaining ingredients. Bring to a slow boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
This recipe can also be made in slow cooker on low for 3-5 hours.
