11/2 c. self-rising corn meal
1/2 c. chopped onions
3 eggs,beaten
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 small can cream style corn
2 large hot peppers, chopped
1 small red pepper, chopped
1 cup grated cheese




Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together,except cheese. Pour half batter into greased pan. Cover with half of cheese and pour in rest of batter. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown. The last 5 minutes, put remaining cheese over bread to melt.
