5-6 cups flour
2 pkg. yeast
2 cups lukewarm water
1/8 cup olive oil
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pour yeast into water and let soak until dissolved. In a stand mixer using a dough hook start with 4 cups flour and add yeast mixture, olive oil and salt. Gradually remaining flour until dough leaves sides of bowl. Knead for about 5 minutes. Turn dough onto floured board and knead for another 4-5 minutes, dough should be firm and smooth.
Place in a greased bowl and cover with cloth until doubled about 2 hours.
Can be used for pizza, calzones, spinach pies or dough boys.

When you walked into Grandma Z's house on a Sunday you would find a plate of her pizza on the back of the stove. This was our snack before the big meal.
