2/3 c flaked coconut
6 large oranges
1 pineapple, quartered lengthwise, cored, peeled, sliced crosswise
2 T powdered sugar

Directions:
Position rack in the center of the over and preheat to 375. Spread coconut on cookie sheet; bake until golden, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes. Cool

Using small sharp knife, cut peel and white pith from oranges. Cut oranges crosswise into 1/2 in.-thick rounds. Arrange oranges and pineapple on platter. Cover, chill fruit until cold, at least 30 minutes and up to 1 1/2 hrs. Sift sugar over. Top with coconut.
