1/2 c. Orange Marmalade
2 tsp. Sesame Oil
2 tsp. Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp. fresh Ginger Root, grated
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
3 T. White Rice Vinegar or other vinegar
4 pieces boneless Salmon
6 Green Onions, sliced thinly
1/4 c. Sesame Seeds, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine marmalade, oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and vinegar. If you have time, let salmon marinate in mixture. Heat grill. Brush glaze on each side of salmon; grill about 5 minutes on each side. To serve, top with green onions and sesame seeds.
