1/2 cup ketchup 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup dry white wine 2 tablespoon sugar 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp. salt 1 clove garlic crushed 1 fryer cut up or selected pieces of chicken
combine marinade ingredients in oven-proof baking dish. Add chicken pieces and marinate for one hour. Drain marinade from chicken. Turn chicken, brush liberally with marinade and bake for another 30 minutes.
