1 lb. Round Steak, cut into 3/4" cubes
1/4 c. Flour
1/2 c. Onion, chopped
1 clove Garlic, chopped,
6 oz. can Broiled Mushrooms & Broth
1 c. Sour Cream
1 can Condensed Mushroom Soup
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. Salt,
1/8 tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Roll steak pieces in flour and brown in 2 T. fat. Remove meat from pan. Add onion, garlic, mushrooms and cook, but do not brown. Add remaining ingredients and cook until thick and bubbly. Return meat to pan and simmer for about 1 hour or until tender.
