15 lbs. potatoes
1 large onion
4 stalks of celery
1 1/2 jars sweet pickle relish
1/2 gallon Hellmans mayonnaise
prepared mustard to taste
salt & pepper to taste
sugar to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes, cool and cube. Dice onions and celery. Mix together and refrigerate. Makes about 2 to 2 1/2 gallon of salad.
