1- 4 lb baking chicken 1 T salt 2 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp garlic 1/4 tsp. onion 1/4 tsp. paprika 1/2 T lemon juice 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 T basil 2 T olive oil
Mix all the spices with olive oil and lemon juice to make a paste. Rub paste on breast and thigh area of chicken. For every pound of bird cook approximately 20 -25 minutes. This is enough rub/seasoning for a 4 lb chicken. It is yummy!
