1/2 C. margarine
1/2 C. sugar
1/2 C. Brown sugar
1 egg
1 t. vanilla
1/2 t. baking soda
1/4 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
1 C. oats
1 C. corn flakes
1/2 C. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. With electric mixer, cream margarine and sugars together for at least 2 minutes.
3.Break egg in separate small bowl and then beat it and the vanilla into the mixture.
4.Add baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
5.Add remaining ingredients on lowest speed of mixer.
6.Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto oiled cookie sheets.
7.Bake 8 - 9 minutes or until bottoms of cookies are starting to turn brown around edges.
8.Gently slide cookie off sheet and place on cooling racks to cool.
Yield: 3 dozen cookies
