Ingredients:  
1 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 c. grated carrotts
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. weeson oil
4 eggs
1 c. pecans
Dash salt

Icing::
8 oz cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add sugar and oil, and beat well.

Add carrotts and beat. Add one egg at a time and beat. Add pecans.

Bake in 3 9 inch cake pans at 325.

Icing::
Blend well.
