1 1/4 lbs. chicken
1 - 14 oz can chicken broth
2 - 14 oz cans enchilada sauce
1 green pepper chopped
1 red pepper chopped
3 tomatoes chopped or 1 can diced tomatoes
12 oz. light sour cream
1 jar cheese sauce
1 package tortilla shells

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in broth until done. Cool chicken and shred. Saute peppers until tender add tomatoes, shredded chicken, cheese sauce and sour cream. Warm shells in microwave and dip shells in sauce. Fill with chicken mixture roll up and put in 9X13 baking dish. Put extra filling over the top pour enchilada sauce over. Cover and bake about 20 to 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
