Ingredients:  
2 lb pkg Frozen Hashbrowns, (thawed)
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp oragano
1/2 c. chopped onion, Green pepper, and Celery
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pt. sour cream w/chives
2 cups grated cheese
2 Cups smashed ruffles chips

Directions:
Directions:
Saute Veggies; mix with hashbrowns; put into 9x13 in pan and top with crushed chips and drizzle 1/4 cup butter over the top.

Bake @ 350 for 45 min.
