2 1/4 cups flour 1 level tsp. baking soda 1 level tsp. salt 3/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 cup butter (room temperate) 1 tsp. vanilla 2 large eggs 12 oz. chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375º. Mix flour ,soda and salt;set aside. Use electric mixer to mix sugars together briefly on low speed. Add butter in small globs mix each addition on low then up to high. Beat until mix is pale in color and very fluffy. Add vanilla mixing on low up to high for a few seconds. Add eggs one at a time mixing on low up to high. The dough should look creamy NOT curdle. Add flour mixture; mix well. Add chocolate chips, Drop on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 11 minutes.
