10 country style pork ribs
2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 (18 ounce) bottle BBQ sauce (of your choice)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300F.
2. In a shallow baking pan or roaster, place ribs in a single layer.
3. Add seasoned salt & pepper to both sides of ribs.
4. Spread the garlic on the ribs.
5. Cover bottom of pan in 1/16" water & seal tightly with foil
6. Bake in oven for 2 hours
7. Drain any grease and liquid.
8. Pour BBQ sauce over the ribs & place foil back over ribs.
9. Return to oven and bake 30 - 40 more minutes at 275F.
