6 chicken drumsticks
6 chicken thighs
6 med. potatoes, peeled and quartered
12 extra large unpeeled garlic cloves
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
In large roasting pan, place chicken, potatoes and garlic. Drizzle with butter and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 400 40 minutes, basting frequently with the pan drippings. Heat honey; baste chicken. Spoon pan drippings over potatoes and garlic. Bake 20 minutes longer or until chicken is tender. To serve, arrange chicken, potatoes and garlic on a platter. Pour pan drippings into measuring cup; skim fat. Serve pan drippings with chicken, potatoes and garlic.
