Ham Slices - 1 package
Cheddar Cheese - 1 block
White Bread 2 loaves
Eggs - 6
Milk - 2 cups
Green Pepper - 1/2 cup
Dry Mustard - 1 tsp
Onion - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Pepper - 1 tsp

Directions:
Directions:
Cut crusts off of two loaves of white bread
Grease tin foil 24"x14" pan
Line pan with bread slices
Cover bread with full layer of ham slices
Cover ham with full layer of cheddar Cheese Slices
Cover Cheddar Cheese SLices with another layer of bread slices
In a blender combine 6 eggs, 2 cups of milk, green pepper, green onion, dry mustard, slat and pepper - blend and pour mixture over bread in pan. You can freeze the dish at this point . If you have froze it - defrost - Cover with Special K. Bake in over at 350 degrees for ~1.5 hours.
