1/2 cup sugar
1T cornstarch
1T salt
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix above 3 ingredients and add 2 beaten eggs. Gradually add cider vinegar and cup water. Cook in double broiler until thick. Pour in jar. Before serving mix with equal parts of mayonnaise. Pour over spinach salad with bacon, red onion, cherry tomatoes. Makes about 2 cups dressing.
