3 boneless chicken breasts (about 1 lb) cut crosswise into 1/2" strips
2/3 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup grated (or processed) Parmesan
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt or garlic salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450. Line cookie sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. In gallon resealable bag mix Bisquick, cheese, salt & paprika. Dip portions into egg; place in bag. Seal bag; shake to coat, continue until all your chicken is coated. Place on cookie sheet. Drizzle melted butter over chicken.

Bake 12-14 minutes, turning halfway through bake time.
