8 Chicken Breasts (cooked and cut up)
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 8 oz. Sour Cream
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers, crushed
2 Tbsp. Poppy seeds
2 1/2 sticks butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken in bottom of greased casserole. Then mix sour cream and soup. Season mixture to taste with salt and pepper and pour over chicken. Mix poppy seed and crushed Ritz crackers and put on top of chicken and soup layer. Then pour butter over top of crackers and poppy seed. Heat 350 until bubbly (poppy seeds can be left out, it's still great).
