1 c. sugar 1 c. dark Karo syrup chocolate bark 1 tbsp vinegar 1 tbsp baking soda
Boil sugar, syrup and vinegar in a large pan to 300º. Remove from heat and add soda. Pour into cake pan immediately. Let cool. Break into pieces and dip in melted chocolate. Place on wax paper until chocolate is set.
This is always a tradition at the Parrish's. Kris loves it. It always eats it until he gets sick.
