1/4 cup oil 3 cloves chopped (minced) garlic 1/2 tsp. basil 1/2 tsp. dried parsley Salt and pepper to taste 2 or 3 portabello mushrooms-rinsed and dried
-Mix all ingredients and place in a large resealable plastic bag. Add mushrooms and marinate in refrigerator for several hours, turning bag several times -Grill for 5-8 minutes on each side -Place on a plate or in a dish and cover for 5 minutes before serving
