1 loaf of Texas Bread
6 eggs
1 tbsp of milk
3 tbsp of pure vanilla
1 tbsp of Smart Balance *butter*
frying pan

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, milk, & vanilla, whisp until all ingredients are well mixed in a square or shallow bowl.
place bread in bowl and soak it on each side.

Turn on stove to a medium heat, take the butter and melt in pan. Place bread in pan and cook to a golden brown on each side.
