6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 T. (heaping) Dijon mustard
1 T. tarragon
salt to taste
half and half for sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up chicken breasts into bite size pieces. Brown onion, garlic and chicken pieces. Stir in Dijon mustard and tarragon to coat chicken pieces. Just before serving, add enough Half and Half to make a nice sauce, and warm through. Serve over rice or pasta.
