2 1/2 cups lukewarm water
2 packages quick-rise yeast
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
3 1/4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water for about 3 minutes. Add cake mix, 1 cup flour, eggs and salt. Beat with beater until bubbles appear. Add about 3 1/4 cups flour slowly. Add more flour if too sticky. Stir with spoon, making a soft dough. Knead on board for about 5 minutes. Let rise until double. Put in pans and let rise again. Before baking, put topping on. TOPPING: 24 oz. cottage cheese, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, 2 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 TB cornstarch and 4 eggs. Mix in blender until smooth. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 300.
