2 (18 oz.) cans sweet potatoes drained and mashed
1/3 c. butter
2 T. brown sugar
2 T. sugar
1 T. orange juice
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk



Topping:

1/3 c. chopped pecans (optional)
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 T. flour
2 T. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease a crock pot.
Mix sweet potatoes, 1/3 c. butter, 2 T. sugar and 2 T. brown sugar in a large bowl. Beat in the orange juice, eggs and milk. Transfer to the crock pot. Combine the pecans, 1/3 c. brown sugar, flour, and 2 T. melted butter. Spread over the sweet potato mixture. Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours.
