1 box confectioner's sugar 1/2 stick butter 1/2 c. strawberries red food coloring (optional)
Combine all ingredients, adding enough strawberries for spreading consistency. Add food coloring if a deeper color is desired. Double if you like more icing. Decorate top with fresh strawberries (optional).
