1 8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 21 oz. can cherry pie filling
1 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple well, reserving 2 T. syrup. Combine softened cream cheese, vanilla & reserved syrup, mixing until well blended. Stir in 1/4 c. pineapple & 1/2 c. pie filling. Whip heavy cream, gradually adding sugar until soft peaks form. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Pour into crust. Spread remaining pineapple on filling in a ring around outer edge of pie. Spread pie filling in center of pie.
