5 c. water
2 lb. bag frozen country hash browns
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/3 tsp. black pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 lb. velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, bouillon, potatoes, carrots and pepper. Cover and simmer on low or until vegetables are tender. Add soup and cheese. Heat until cheese melts.
