1 or 2 small ripe bananas, 1 package ( 2 layer size) yellow cake mix, 1 package ( 4 serving size) jello vanilla instant pudding, 4 eggs, 1 c. water, 1/4 c. oil. 1/2 c. chopped nuts.

Directions:
Directions:
Slice bananas into large mixer bowl; beat until well mashed. Add remaining ingredients. Blend then beat at medium speed with mixture for 2 minutes. pour into a well-greased and floured 10 inch tube or bunt pan. Bake at 350 for 60 to 70 minutes. Cool in pan at least 15 minutes. Remove from pan; finish cooling on rack. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar is desired.
