2 cups milk
2 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup butter
1 cup uncooked grits
1 t. salt
1/2 t. black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a medium baking dish. Bring the milk and chicken broth to a boil. Melt butter in boiling liquid. Gradually add the grits, stirring constantly, and cook 5 minutes, or until thick. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper. Mix in the cheddar cheese. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 1 hour.
