2 lb. beef, 1 T. minced onions, 1 T Italian seasoning, 1 tsp. . minced garlic, 1 tsp. . pasta magic (Paul Prudone's) , 1 egg 1 sleeve crushed saltines.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together, Bake until cooked through. Serve with spaghetti sauce and noodles.
