3/4 c. Italian dressing (+/- to taste)
4 chicken breasts (can be frozen)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
milk for desired consistency
noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in crock pot and pour dressing over. Turn to low if cooking all day, high if starting in afternoon. About an hour before serving, remove chicken and add softened cream cheese and soup. Whisk to form sauce, adding milk for desired consistency. Add chicken (cut up if needed). Cook until heated through. Serve with cooked noodles, or rice if your family prefers.
