2 large rolls of refrigerated Pillsbury chocolate chip cookie dough

3 8oz packages Philadelphia cream cheese

1 egg

3/4 C sugar

1 tbsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the sugar and cream cheese and beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Add egg and vanilla and beat until incorporated. Line a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Slice the cookie dough into 1/2 inch slices and line bottom of pan. Spread cheese mixture over cookie dough. Top with 1/2 inch slices of remaining cookie dough and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Chill for at least 8 hours before serving. Cut into 24 squares.
