1 lb. cubed pork
1 diced onion
3 cloves garlic
1 T. oil
3 T. flour
1 T. cumin
1 can diced tomatoes
4 c. chicken broth
1 c. water
1 jalapeño

Directions:
Directions:
Pour oil in skillet and brown the pork. Add the onion, garlic and cumin and continue to saute for 5 minutes. Add flour and coat well. Slowly add the water, tomatoes and water. Throw in the fresh jalapeño or 1 can of diced jalapenos. Let simmer for a couple hours. Serve over diced, fried potatoes or with rice & beans and Mission tortillas.©

you can add more or less jalapenos, depending upon how hot you want it. You can thin or thicken to your desired consistency. You can also add 1 T. dried cilantro for color & flavor.
