Spinach or Chinese cabbage or mixed greens of your choice
1/4 cup green onion chopped

Crunchies:
2 pkg Raman Noodles crusted
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup butter (melt on cookie sheet)

Dressing:
1 T soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash greens, drain well and tear into bite size pieces. Bake crunchies on cookie sheet with melted butter in a 350 oven until golden brown, stirring often. Mix dressing ingredients in a jar with tight fitting lid. Mix all together just before serving.
