1/2 gallon whole milk
6 eggs
3 cups sugar
3 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp vanilla
1 can carnation milk
fruit - if desired

scald milk
add creamed eggs, sugar and corn starch to milk
stir constantly while adding

cook slowly until thickened
cool custard add flavoring
cool and refrigerate
put in ice cream churn canister and put in freezer 2-3 hours before churning

add 1 can carnation milk and fruit
